Data requests

• Access: a summary of the personal data we hold about you, what we use it for and who we have shared it with.
• Correction: fix, complete or update details that are wrong or out of date.
• Deletion: erase your details. If an order went ahead, we must keep the invoices and export records Indian law requires; we will tell you what we keep and why.
• Withdraw consent: for example, stop us contacting you by phone or WhatsApp, or stop us using your details for a request you no longer want answered.
• Other rights under the law where you live, such as objecting to or restricting processing, data portability (EU and UK) or nominating someone to act for you (India).

We will only act on a request when we are reasonably sure it comes from the person whose data it is, so that we never give your details to someone else.

• The simplest way is to write from the email address you used on the order request. We then reply to that address.
• If you write from a different address, we will send a confirmation to the original address, or ask for the order reference and details only the sender of the request would know.
• We will not ask for passwords, and we ask for an identity document only if there is no other way to confirm the request. Anything you send to prove who you are is used only for that and deleted afterwards.
• If someone acts for you, they need your written authority.

We confirm we have received your request and answer it within 30 days. If a request is complex we may need longer, as the law allows; we will tell you why within those 30 days.

If we cannot do what you ask, for example because the law requires us to keep a record, we explain why.
